Return and Warranty Policy

Gas Scooters are returnable within 10 days of receipt provided they are in like-new condition and have never been used. Scooter must be returned in original box with original packing materials. If original packing materials are not provided a 20% restocking fee will apply since we must then sell the item as "nearly new."

Electric Scooters have many plastic parts including a plastic hard shell body and are easily damaged during shipping. These scooters may not be returned for cosmetic damage such as scratches. These scooters are new and never used. We do resell scooters that have been returned unused, but never accept returns of, or resell used scooters.

Warranty: Scooters are warranted for engine manufacturing defects only for 90 days from date of receipt--this does not include loose nuts, bolts or defects caused by lack of maintenance. Normal wear and tear is expected with everyday riding and we sell a complete line of replacement parts. Damage due to shipment must be taken up with the carrier such as UPS or Fedex. All scooters are shipped insured.

Helmets, padding and scooter accessories are returnable for 30 days provided they are in new condition and in original package.
